CURRENT RESEARCH INTEREST

Detection of Individual Selected Bacteria with a CCD Flow Cytometer.

INSTRUMENTATION

  • Management of the design and fabrication of CCD cameras using 7 different visible CCDs (T.I., Kodak, and Loral) and 1 infrared CCD (Rockwell)
  • Design and fabrication of 2 optical and 2 infrared polarimeters
  • Design and fabrication of a large-beam mid-infrared photometer
  • Design and fabrication of 2 high-throughput visible CCD spectrophotometers
