Kate, thanks for the feedback. My responses are below. 1. You provided masked images for 6 of the 15 galaxies studied here, and we used them. I think your masking is great, and it definitely helped alleviate our work in masking the brighter stars. 2. The literature seems to mostly refer to the "tau model" for the exponentially-declining SFH, but I also occasionally use "e-folding timescale". 3. Liese had a similar concern, and so I've included a new figure and some text based on an additional analysis for the worst-case scenario: the small, edge-on UGC7301. 4. Yeah, it is disappointing to only be able to average over 15 galaxies. I decided to do it to see what we find, and I like how the trend in the averages gives us a story to tell (albeit statistically not robust). 5. Thanks!
