I fixed the extraneous commas in the author list. I modified the paragraph about sampling the diversity of the local universe. I am not sure why the Chonis & Gaskell V and the Lupton R_c transformations differ from all the other transformations. I actually used HIPE 14.0.0 for VNGS. Fortunately the beam size issue is saved for post-processing, and I now use the latest SPIRE beam sizes. I added to the text the previous versions of HIPE used. I have accounted for the June 2016 SPIRE beam changes (by multiplying fluxes by the ratios of the old/new beams). Tom Jarrett has provided his total WISE fluxes, which is great for providing redundancy and sanity checks on our IRAC3.6, IRAC4.5, and MIPS24. The tricky part here is that he didn't use our apertures, but instead derived total fluxes based on extrapolations of the surface brightness profiles. So I've included them in the paper and the plots, but listed the fluxes separately in an appendix. And I added a figure to the Appendix that compares Spitzer fluxes to WISE fluxes. I better explain the issue of image editing within IRAF. Leslie pointed out the same issue about my explanation of that 2nd grouping of weird B-band flux ratios. I have rewritten the text to mroe clearly explain that it's likely due to the faulty Dale2007 calibration. I have fixed the issue related to the counting of the number of free parameters in the SED fits.
