DEFERRED GALAXIES
We originally had IRS observations placed on hold for 21 galaxies.
We still have six objects put on hold for IRS observations: DDO154, N5474 (LL), IC2574, HoI, M81DwA, M81DwB.
Based on IRAC+MIPS imaging, Helene suggests that we would only detect IC2574 with IRS (i.e. surface brightness > 5 MJy/sr).
Furthermore, she suggests that we replace the nuclear pointing in IC2574 with an extranuclear pointing.
Go to this link for some images on Helene's website (singswip/mstfatlpq).
SUGGESTION: we pass on these 5 of 6, and use that time to beef up our N2403 extranuclear maps (see below). Immediately activate IC 2574 mapping, but with new coords.
2ND LOOK TARGETS
Cannon/Walter suggested targets within dwarf galaxies: (see full email)
	Ho I	Ho II	IC2574	NGC5408	NGC6822
Follow-up to NGC 2403 due to pointing error (see full email)
Follow-up to original Tololo 89 map due to infrared/optical offset (sings/cubes4me)
George Bendo suggests 17 2nd Look targets based on MIPS data (2 of these we've already done; 7 of these have also been suggested by Cannon & Dale; 7 of these fall below the Inu24 threshold of 5 MJy/sr)
Moire Prescott selected extranuclear targets based on 8/24 & H-alpha/24 ratios (sings/sonora); our original 39+8 extranucs: here and the filled circles on Moire's plots.
Let's make sure to consider the striking disk edges in NGC 2976; see this link.
Helou suggests extranuc maps on two ring regions with interesting line emission.
Armus suggests several galaxies have interesting candidates.
J.D. suggests a rim region in M51.

SUMMARY
Working database+comments of all 2nd Look target candidates.
Simplified version - just the high priority 2nd Look target candidates. (see the overlays)
There are 29 Rank 0 targets (Prescott selection)
There are 10 Rank 1 targets (including 6 from N2403)
There are 08 Rank 2 targets

My email to Rob attempting to SUMMARIZE everything.
