Textbook problems 11.7, 11.17, 11.22

For 11.17, also include a line (or data points) indicating 
the expected value for each bin.

For 11.17c, please use lambda=1.

For 11.22, please quote your results after 200 time steps and 
using 3000 particles.  Use pencil+paper to show how you would 
compare with the expected value given by the ideal gas law.
