Textbook problems 2.1, 2.3, 2.6a, 2.17, 2.21

For 2.3, report results for both tau=0.1 and tau=0.01.

For 2.6a, please quantify how far apart the two balls would be when
the first ball strikes the ground (and state which hits the ground first!).

For 2.17, use g/L=1

For 2.21, please make a plot that uses
- A_0 = 100 g
- T_d = 0.2
- g/L = 1

For 2.17 and 2.21 you may write your own code or modify the 'pendul' code provided by the textbook author.
