Observing Notes - 07/27/2017

Notes:
- Major issues with images that require open shutters (science images, flat fields). Bias image a013 does appear normal.
- Water, or some fluid, appears to have potentially entered the optics system somewhere. Roughly 80% of any given image seems to be affected, roughly centered around the midpoint of the display (the outer edges look normal). Counts on TrES-3 b were extremely low using exposure times that worked on previous nights. 
- Effects seem to be decreasing slightly by around 12:40 MT, but still very significant on images.
- Target TrES-3 b iself has odd structure, lower left 1/6th of the star "missing."
- Closing for the night. Data not worth reducing.
