–Stars form in clusters – most of which slowly spread apart.

•Reflection nebula is reflected sunlight
–Can see stellar-like spectra with absorption lines
–Blue light scattered more efficiently than red
–
•Pleiades didn’t form here – just moving through this cloud of dust.
