Refracting vs. Reflecting Telescopes
						Refracting telescopes use lenses. Reflecting telescopes use mirrors. Nearly all professional optical telescopes are reflecting telescopes. Why?  Refracting telescopes suffer from chromatic abberation, and it is expensive and difficult to make large lenses.
