I am an Astrophysics PhD candidate at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming set to graduate May 2021.
Currently on the job market! Looking for positions in: astro data pipeline development, observing and image processing, data science, bioinformatics, space industry, or scientific computing/programming
Research interests: observational astronomy, radio astronomy, nearby galaxies, ism, star clusters, star formation, sed fitting and modeling.
Professionally, I enjoy the coding side of things and am eager to learn new techniques to apply to my research. I would love to use my mathematical, statistical, and coding knowledge on projects beyond astrophysics.
I am also passionate about teaching and promoting science litearcy. My teaching experience includes college-level physics, astronomy, and lab courses as well as K-12 age students with my STEM camp and planetarium work.
