THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT-

x Fix up the thread(?) bugs that seem to have come in 
with read hat 6!

- I haven't set any of my priorities correctly yet! 
Check the loop timing. Andmake the thread realtime:  somehow this
is crashing my threads.

x pad (rhpad) doesn't compile.  OK, it works!

x setnod is not working either.  

x spiral has a terminal handling problem - we're starting to work on it!

x fix setraw!

- get planet working with catalogs

- need to test planet against an ephemerous

- need to get a catalog file containing planets!

x Make the time code work again

- need to test time code on the mountain with the clock


- check on those pesky rates

- Need to put back in logging

- check dialing

- Network inteface using sockets (?)

- put diagnostics back in

Tuning:

Get the pointing constants moved over
Play with some parameters
Damping, etc



Lower priorities:

Clean up variables at the top of ntrack.c
split off screen code into a seperate task
