Wenyong Wang
Assistant Professor
Department of Physics and Astronomy
University of Wyoming
Professor
Wenyong Wang’s research interest is in the fabrication
and characterization of nanoscale electronic devices. He
received a physics Ph.D. degree from Yale University in
2004, and prior to joining UW he has worked as a
research associate at the Semiconductor Electronics
Division of the National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST). Dr. Wang’s research areas include,
for example, fabrication and charge transport
characterization of self-assembled molecular junctions,
spin-dependent transport study of novel
magnetoelectronic devices, characterization of noise
properties of nanoscale conductors, investigation of
hybrid silicon-molecule integrated junctions, and
electrical characterization of organic conductors and
semiconductors.
