Announcements:
- A review session will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 6-8pm in
Enzi 195.
- Exam 3 will be on Friday, May 13, 10:15am-12:15pm in CR 306
- This exam will cover Chapters 10 and 12-16.
- This exam is closed book.
- You may bring a calculator, but no cell phones.
- You may bring 1 page, double-sided
(8.5x11 letter size) of notes to the exam.
These notes may not include worked problems, only equations and notes.
You must turn in your equation sheet with your exam.

- Sample exams:
- We will be doing Lab B (waves)
on May 4-5. This is not in your lab manual, so please download
and print a copy, or pick one up in Lab April 27-28.
- We will be doing Lab A (fluids)
on April 20-21. This is not in your lab manual, so please download
and print a copy.
- Exam 2 will be on Thursday, April 7, 5-7pm.
- If you are in Wednesday lab, report to CR 214.
If you are in a Thursday lab, report to CR 222.
- This exam will cover Chapters 6-9.

Exam 2 (Ch 5-10) and solutions. Questions 2 & 4 were covered in Exam 1.
Questions 11, 12, and 13c are from Chapter 10 and will not be
relevant to Exam 2.
- Here is the solution to the 2D elastic collision problem
- Exam 1 curving
- Option 1 (default): Add 13 points to raw score
- Option 2: Rework missed problems, showing all work.
- Multiple choice: explain why you got your answer
- Essay problems must be done from first principles (e.g. free body diagrams, Newton's laws, etc.)
- Half-credit on re-worked problems will be given.
- Due on Monday, March 20 by 1pm. No late work accepted.
- Bring a blue bubble sheet to labs on 3/2-3/3. The pre-lab
for Lab 4 will be due 3/9-3/10.
