Near-Infrared Detector Array
The infrared detector array, a Hawaii-2 PACE array, was built by Teledyne (formally Rockwell Scientific). These detectors have 18µm pixels in a 2048x2048 format and the HgCdTe semiconductor is sensitive over the wavelength range of 0.9-2.5 μm.
